Model 803B Surface & Volume Resistance Probe

The ETS Model 803B Surface and Volume Resistance/Resistivity Probe is designed to precisely measure surface or volume resistance on a wide variety of conductive, dissipative, and insulative materials.

Series 800 – Custom Resistance & Resistivity Probes and Fixtures

ETS Custom Resistance/Resistivity Probes enable special resistance measurements to be made for planar or non-planar materials . The following probes are available :

  • Model : 823 for Non-Planar surfaces, Multi-layer laminates, Buried least cond. Layer
  • Model : 833 for Compact Discs
  • Model : 834 for Concave / Convex Surfaces
  • Model : 835 ESDA STM15.1 Constant Area Force Electrode (CAFÉ) for measuring in-use resistance of gloves and finger cots.
  • Conductive rubber, spring-loaded and stainless steel electrodes
  • Constant or variable force
  • Resistivity conversions from x1 to x1000

Series 840 – Resistance & Resistivity Probes

ETS Series of 84X Series Resistance/Resistivity Probes are designed for testing the resistance / resistivity of small, non-flat samples or small areas on large samples. These probes utilize a series of gold plated, spring-loaded contact electrodes. Each electrode requires 5 oz. (688 gr.) for total compression . All probes are designed to be used with the ETS Model 848 Universal Handle Assembly. Available probes :

  • Model 841 – Resistance-Resistivity Probe (½” OD) Spring-Loaded for Non-Flat Surfaces
  • Model 842 – Resistance-Resistivity Probe (1.5″ OD) Spring-Loaded for Non-Flat Surfaces
  • Model 844 – 2 Point Resistance Probe that meets ESD DS11.13 for testing the resistance of small, samples or small areas on a larger sample

Model 850 – 5lb Resistance Electrode Probe

Electro-tech system’s Model 850 resistance electrode probe provides you with ability to measure resistance employing both point-to-ground (RTG) and point-to-point (RTT). The 850 is designed to measure the resistance of any planar surface. The probe can be used to make measurements on floors, mats, workbenches, garments, seating or any other flat surface where the resistance between two points is required
