Measures HCL, HF & NH3 with the following ranges & LDL .. – HF Range : 0 to 1ppm, LDL of 40ppt – HCL Range : 0 to 4ppm, LDL of 100ppt – NH3 Range : 0 to 40ppm, LDL of 300ppt Using the Cavity-Ring Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) measurement technique it has a dramatically improved speed of response with a fast warm up time of less than 5 mins & is practically drift free . Does not require any yearly calibration using proxy “calibration”gases though a simple performance verification is recommended.
